She brings sound judgment, solid problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the law to her work, and applies extensive experience with a practical, business-minded approach. Rachel is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She advises on acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing and development matters. Rachel’s practice also includes real estate financing on both the lender and borrower sides, as well as the structuring of joint ventures and strategic alliances.
