About
Sam's practice focuses on financing matters, where he works closely with clients and brings an analytical, business-oriented approach to each file. He is drawn to the strategic and technical aspects of financing work, including cross-border matters and large-scale projects, where he can engage deeply with clients' businesses and objectives. Sam is a clear and effective communicator who distils technical legal concepts into practical guidance and builds strong working relationships grounded in trust and collaboration.
